There was a time when 60GB of mobile data from Telstra would have cost you well over $100. Those days are no longer. In its latest price blitz, the telco has knocked its SIM-only plans down to just $59 when you sign up to a 12-month contract.

You also get a bonus 30GB of data per month, bringing the total to 60GB. Nice! Here’s everything you get with the plan.

Normally, Telstra’s $69 Mobile BYO Plan only comes with 30GB of data. For a limited time, you can get double the allowance for $10 less per month. Not too shabby, eh?

The plan also includes “peace of mind” data, and unlimited international talk and text for 15 countries. Here are the inclusions. (Click on the ‘Go To Site’ button to learn more and/or sign up.)

As mentioned above, the plan works out to a minimum total cost $708 over 12 months. The deal is open to both new customers and existing customers who are looking to upgrade their service.

On a semi-related note, Telstra has extended its Samsung Galaxy S10+ pre-order offer which allows customers to trade in their S10+ for the super-deluxe S10 5G when it launches later in the year – at no extra charge.

While we don’t have an RRP on the 5G model yet, it’s guaranteed to cost a couple of hundred bucks more than the existing S10 range. Plus, it means you get to have that ‘new phone’ feeling twice without paying anything extra.

Here are the eligible plans:
