A Clever Way To Bake Several Flavours Of Chicken All At Once

While it’s good to have healthy homemade meals just a microwave beep away, eating the same flavours for days gets boring fast. The next time you pop some protein in the oven, create sections with aluminium foil so you can use different seasonings and bake them all at once for delicious variety. Here’s how.

This idea comes from FitMenCook, who suggests fashioning a sheet of aluminium foil into something stick-like. This will be used as your “divider” to create as many sections as you want on your baking tray. This way, you can bake different flavours of the same protein within the same cooking time. In FitMenCook’s example, he cooks chicken breasts three ways: BBQ chipotle, lime and chilli, and a sort of spicy, sweet mustard. As someone who occasionally bakes chicken breast in the oven, I found this tip to be absolutely awesome for creating different tasty meals all week long.
