Hangouts are the best feature of Google+, and the ability to share and broadcast those video chats via Hangouts on Air is one of the service’s most appealing elements. You can see that feature in action this Thursday via hangouts with former MasterChef contestants Kumar and Amina.

Kumar is up at midday on August 30, with Amina following at 2pm. If you’re a complete MasterChef tragic, you can apply online to take part directly in the hangout and cook along at home. If you’re just keen to watch, the hangouts will be viewable via YouTube.
