Make This Three Ingredient Peach Sherbet Without An Ice Cream Maker

Make This Three Ingredient Peach Sherbet Without An Ice Cream Maker

Even though I have an ice cream maker, I am forever on the look out for frozen desserts that don’t require one. Enter this super simple sherbet, which only requires sweet peaches, tangy buttermilk, sugar and a food processor.

To make this super simple, yet intensely flavorful, frozen delight, dissolve 1/3 of a cup of sugar in a cup of buttermilk and freeze in an ice cube tray. Freeze three cups of peeled peach slices as well. Once everything is chilled solid, remove the peaches and let them thaw for about fifteen minutes before chucking everything in the food processor. Once everything is nice and smooth, serve immediately or scoop into a seal-able container and pop it in the freezer.
