That Last Bit of Honey in the Jar Is Destined for Cheese

We all the know the moment when you get down to "that last bit" of honey in a jar. It may not seem like enough to do much with, but a tablespoon or two of honey is a perfect partner for almost any cheesy plan. Photo by Stu Spivack.

You can spread it on the inside of a cheese jaffle for a sweet and salty treat, whisk it into some fresh goat cheese for an amazing dip or plunk it down on a cheese plate along with some nuts for a very fancy snack. Don't have enough cheese for a whole plate? That's fine. Honey is a friend to all cheeses, even the previously forgotten chunk of brie in the back of the fridge.

actually it is easier to pour in hot water (if the honey container is glass) and add it to your tea.
