iOS: If you click a lot of photos with your smartphone but never get around to sorting them into neat albums, Impala’s got you covered. This nifty app for iPhone and iPad analyses and auto-categorizes your images.
Impala has broad categories like Food, Friends, Outdoor, Men, Women, Party life and more. It does its best to recognise the right ones, but it won’t get them all correctly, so you will need to step in eventually and manually sort them out. Impala doesn’t let you recategorise them in-app though. You will have to turn one of Impala’s albums into an album in your Photos app and sort them there, which is not a major issue since it’s still the best photo management app for iPhones .
Impala does not modify, delete or send your photos to any server or cloud. It’s a useful app to run when you have a huge bank of photos to sort out.
