Mac: Typing on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV isn’t particularly fun, but nobody really wants to carry around a special keyboard for them either. If you’ve already got a Mac, 1Keyboard is an app that allows you to use the keyboard connected to your Mac on your iOS device.
1Keyboard basically turns any keyboard attached to your Mac into a Bluetooth keyboard for your iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. This could mean a wired keyboard on your iMac or your laptop’s built-in keyboard. Once it’s set up, you’ll just hit a hotkey and you can type away from your computer’s keyboard to input information on your iOS device.
This probably isn’t an app you’ll use all the time, but it’s nice to keep around for those awkward moments when you need it. You can check out 1Keyboard for free, but you’ll only be able to pair it with one device and there’s a character limit. You can unlock the full version for $7.49.
