Pad & Quill Notes Keeps Your Notes Organised In Customisable Books

Pad & Quill Notes Keeps Your Notes Organised In Customisable Books

iOS: Pad & Quill is best known for its classy iPad and iPhone cases, but now it also offers a notes app for iPad. While it’s a pretty simple design, it does what it does well and has a nice selection of organisation options.

Pad & Quill Notes is set up like a series of Moleskine notebooks. You get a bunch of different notebooks to keep your notes in and you can customise the look of them, much as you can with FiftyThree’s Paper. From there, it’s a basic notebook that you can write in, but one nice feature is that it creates an automatically updated page of contents so you can quickly find what you’re looking for. Also similar to Paper, you can unlock different fonts and features with an in-app purchase of $0.99.

Pad & Quill Notes is a surprisingly nice analogue for an actual notebook, and if something like Evernote is too complicated for you and Simplenote is too bleak, Pad & Quill sits nicely in-between.
