Plums make a great snack or ingredient in a pie. Pulling out the pit isn’t hard, but if you want a way to do it more quickly, food blog Chow shows how to pit a plum in under 10 seconds.
What’s nice about this process is that it’s easy to remember. Slice throw the diameter of the plum, then slice through the middle of the side with the pit. Twist the plum apart, slice it one more time and make one final twist for a perfectly pitted plum that still looks good.
