Figuring out the fat content and colorie counts of different foods isn’t as simple as it should be, thanks to serving size confusion. Fat or Fiction makes it a bit easier by placing food servings next to each other in stunning photographs.
Rolling over the “infotography” images, you get the nutritional details of the various foods, plus the percentage of total fat it makes in the whole collection. For this cheese pie above, for example, that giant slice of mature cheddar is 14 per cent of the whole. Interestingly enough, the small blue stilton cheese slice on the left is also 14 per cent of the total, as is the medium-sized cream cheese below the mature cheddar.
There are a few different types of snacks and drinks visualised here: cakes, alcoholic drinks, chocolate bars, chips, crackers and more.
