Today, Millionaire Hoy shares a workout from his pre-millionaire days, when he worked at Nordstrom’s and would duck into a fitting room for a quick workout on his break time. (He says he picked moves that wouldn’t get him too sweaty, but he seems to have amped up the workout since then; he’s dripping by the end.)

The workout involves squats, lunges and decline pushups (with your feet on a chair and hands on the floor). Hoy offers modifications for anything that might get too hard, and you’re always welcome to take a few seconds to catch your breath. Enjoy!
