Drinking your Bloody Mary is all fine and good, but the good people at delish have devised a way to have your Bloody and eat it too, and it looks delicious.
Watch the above video for the full story, but these little savoury, boozy bombs are some the easiest alcoholic edibles you'll ever assemble. Just mix up a tall glass of vodka with all of your favourite Bloody Mary fixings, omitting the tomato juice, and set aside. Take some plump cherry tomatoes, prick 'em all over with a toothpick, and skewer each one, along with another garnish. (The video suggests celery, but I'd go with a pickled green bean segment or cornichon.) Place your little skewers in a dish, and cover them with your vodka mixture. Chill for two hours, remove them from their boozy bath, and add a piece of crispy bacon to each skewer. Plate them up all pretty, set them out at brunch, and watch them get devoured.
