I would never suggest you eat while driving, but Tyler Kord (author of A Super Upsetting Book About Sandwiches) has designed a sandwich the “perfect road trip sandwich” and it’s equally great for eating while multi-tasking.

Such a sandwich must meet two criteria. It must be able to be held in a single hand and it must be OK to hang out at room temperature for a while. The “recipe” for such a sandwich turns out to be quite simple.
You just need a slice of cheese pizza and a couple of slices of ham, maybe some mustard and onions if you’re fancy. To pack your sandwich, simply lay your fillings on top of your slice, place a paper towel under it for a neater eating experience and slide the whole thing into a resealable freezer bag until you’re ready to chow down.
If you have qualms about this being considered a “sandwich” — and I know that at least 75 per cent of you will — maybe re-frame it in your mind as a “tasty pizza roll” or something. Whatever you call it, it’s a tasty, super-portable bread-cheese-meat combination fit for consuming while on-the-go.

Stop the car. Get out of the car. Open the bonnet and remove your hot foil wrapped pizza from the engine. Enjoy.
yes, called stop car then eat.
Or you could just take a slice of ham and cheese pizza…
