Make A Reading Ring To Keep Any Book Open With Ease

Make A Reading Ring To Keep Any Book Open With Ease

Many of us still prefer old-fashioned paper books, but they cause fatigue when you have to have to hold the pages open for longer reading sessions. Instructables user Zabala came up with a clever solution: a reading ring.

How do you make it? With a popsicle stick and some Sugru! You can get a popsicle stick from pretty much any crafts store, but you can also get one the fun way by eating a popsicle. When you’re done, simply shape a little Sugru around the centre of the stick so it creates a ring for your thumb. After it dries overnight, you’ll have a ring you can wear to keep books open without fatiguing your thumb. Pretty clever!
