iOS 6.1 Jailbreak Available Now On Windows, Mac And Linux

The new iOS jailbreak tool, evasi0n, is now available to download on Windows, Mac and Linux. The tool is compatible with all of Apple's currently available devices, including the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini.

Once you download evasi0n, just connect your iOS device with a USB cable, run the app, click "Jailbreak" and wait a few minutes for evasi0n to ask you to unlock your device and tap the "Jailbreak" button on your home screen. From there, your iOS device will run through the boot process and jailbreak your device.

If you want proceed at your own risk, be sure to back up your device before grabbing the tool from the link below.

Did it this morning, very straightforward. Not sure if just my experience/devices (iPhone 4 and iPad 2) but Cydia doesn't seem to be handling well at the moment. Probably just heaps of people all hammering it to get back their favourite tweaks.

Same, I jailbroke this morning and haven't been able to get Cydia to recognise my login details. I'm just waiting for the US to go to sleep (it's just after 10pm in California now) and then things should be getting better. So excited, there are some awesome new tweaks out! :)
