We already knew that the local TV networks were being slack in rolling out extra digital channels, but here’s further proof: Nine’s SD digital channel reportedly won’t roll out until at least July. Other commercial networks are being similarly slack — Ten’s ONE sports channel, for instance, won’t necessarily show the same sports in all cities — making the whole concept of Freeview look like even worse value than it appeared at first sight.

How about simply calling them out on it and telling them they’re a douche and that you won’t tolerate it?
As far as I’m concerned any ‘friend’ of mine that suddenly reveals their inner-bigot has about a nano-second to undergo a radical personality change or they can piss off.

I don’t even know what sort of money they have already spent on this. Freeview, in my opinion is doomed to fail. This is just another nail in the coffin.

wait what? not all the same sports in all cities? does that mean that perth will still get its “Live” F1 coverage at a 2 hour delay?
this is becoming a nightmare.
