Use Twitter To Creative Live Sport Leader Boards

GolfTwitterTwitter has many handy uses, and here’s a nifty new one: using it to create a live tracking system for social sports.

The Aussie Golfer blog details how to build a leaderboard by creating a group within Twitter, and then posting details live from smart phones as you progress around the course. It’s a neat concept that could also be usefully adapted for other sporting events.
