What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

I couldn’t live without my phone, internet and emails.

As for apps, funnily enough Uber eats because I like to drink juice while working and it cuts down the time I would otherwise spend going out to get food throughout the working day.

What social network do you find the most useful?

LinkedIn is an invaluable tool for keeping up-to-date with what’s happening in the professional sector. We are always looking to build the best team possible so it’s important to be across what’s happening with staff and industry movements.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Always look at how you can diversify your client-base and your business.

I learnt at a very early stage that if you only have a small number of big clients that you rely on for over 50 percent of your revenue, then you could easily get yourself in to a lot of trouble if things change within the structure of those businesses.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

How much fun it has been and how I have managed to build so many long term relationships and friendships through work.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

I don’t think I am better than anyone else in anything, we are all great in our own way, but for me it’s about listening and building relationships. I am great at building relationships.

What’s your sleep routine like?

I used to have a lot of trouble going to sleep because my mind never stoped thinking, and also I was on my mobile device a lot. Now I try and cut down mobile use at night as much as possible and go to bed by latest 9pm.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

I can’t stress enough the importance of loving what you do! If you love what you do you will become the best at it and with that you will end up becoming successful.
