Some paths are turned into real footpaths as businesses and colleges give into pedestrians’ desires. Some paths wear lines into the parking lot. Some paths look like a hobbit’s home. Some paths are indoors. Some paths are guarded by lies. Some paths take the long way just in case. Some paths are just one footstep long. Some paths are made by a single man. Some paths are made by a single dog.
To be honest, when browsing the most popular desire paths on the subreddit, most of us will find problems with one or two—maybe the one where kids cheat at a hedge maze, or maybe the one that cuts through a soccer field. Or maybe it’ll take you longer to find a path that annoys you, and you’ll drift down the page in perfect peace.
