Dragon Anywhere Brings Mobile Dictation To iOS And Android

Nuance Communications Australia has released Dragon Anywhere for Android and iOS mobile devices in Australia. The cloud-based app brings Dragon desktop speech recognition to these devices. The company said it’s the only mobile dictation solution that offers continuous dictation with no time or length limits.

Dragon Anywhere lets you use your voice to create and edit complete reports and documents and capture detailed notes while on the go or in the field. There are no time or length constraints on the documents you choose to dictate. Documents can be shared by email, using cloud-sharing tools like Dropbox, saved to note-taking apps like Evernote or shared with virtually any app via the clipboard.

Dragon Anywhere works with the Windows and MacOS versions of Dragon’s software and customisation features like auto-texts and custom words that are created with Dragon Anywhere can be automatically synchronised with the computer-based version of the software.

A single subscription works with multiple mobile devices. So, if you have a smartphone and tablet, one subscription, priced at start at between $22 per month and $220 per year, will cover your mobile dictation needs. A one-week free trial is also available. You can grab the iOS version from the App Store and the Android version from the Play Store.
