Good morning, readers! Eagle-eyed viewers may have already spotted the new Deals button at the top of the page. What’s it all about? In short, this is your new one-stop shop for great online bargains – and we’ll be adding to it every day!
We’re making a few changes here at Lifehacker. The IT Pro section – which chiefly catered to developers, system admins and CTOs – is no more. In its place, we’ll be doubling down on online deals for Aussie bargain hunters – who Google Analytics tells us make up a huge part of our audience.
Currently, this section just shows the most recent deals that we’ve posted (we’ll be adding subcategories to make navigation easier in the near future.) As for our IT Pro readers, don’t despair – many of the more popular topics will continue to live on in Lifehacker’s Work section.
