Kitchenbowl On iOS Is The Instagram Of Creating And Sharing Recipes

iOS: One of the greatest ways you can share with others is with food, especially your favourite recipes. The iPhone-only app Kitchenbowl makes it easy to create cooking instructions with step-by-step photos all in a sleek, social environment.

Kitchenbowl just released in November, but it’s already starting to get attention. The app’s creator, Ryan Waliany, wanted to make sharing recipes with others as simple as possible:

My wife and I started Kitchenbowl as a way to make cooking more fun and attainable for the everyday person. We wanted to make recipes easier to understand with step-by-step photos and also create a community where quality cooks can showcase their best recipes and build reputation.

The app is for foodies and beginner cooks alike, and all you need to log in is a Facebook account. Once you’ve logged in, you can follow other users, browse their recipes, create your own recipes, or even just post a photo of a particularly delicious meal you’re indulging in.

Keep in mind that this is a fairly new app, but the user base is growing fast, and there are already recipes aplenty. The video above gives you an idea of how you can make your own photo-oriented recipe instructions, and you can download the iPhone app for free at the link below.
