Paint Hard To Reach Spots With This DIY Paint Pad

Paint Hard To Reach Spots With This DIY Paint Pad

Narrow spots, like behind your toilet, are tough to reach with a paintbrush or roller. Make your own paint pad from a free stirrer stick for those narrow spaces. Here’s how.

You need an edger refill pad and a paint stirring stick. You should be able to pick up both at your local hardware store or wherever you buy your paint. If you can, hot glue the back of the refill pad to the paint stirrer, but if you don’t have hot glue, then tape will work. Before you start painting, test out how far your DIY paint pad can reach into the space so that you can add more stirring sticks if you need to extend the reach.
