What’s the longest amount of time you’ve gone recently without looking at a screen? I’d wager, for most people, the answer is just a few minutes or even seconds.
According to the 2018 Nielsen Total Audience Report, adults spend over 11 hours per day interacting with media, most of it in front of screens. Assuming that we’re all getting a full 8 hours of beauty sleep, that’s nearly 70 per cent of our days spent staring at pixels and lights!
