We know small business owners work like dogs and love what they do, but they still need to look after their own health and wellbeing. If you’re a running a small business and you’re feeling sluggish but don’t want to leave your desk, here’s a five-minute exercise routine you can do to wake your body up.

Celebrity fitness trainer Shaun T has devised a five-minute exercise routine that you can do at your desk. It’s pretty discrete so if you’re in an open plan office, you can do the routine without anyone noticing (provided you keep your shirt on, unlike Shaun T here):
