Cook An Entire Baked Dinner In An Hour

As the weather starts to cool down, the allure of a baked dinner begins to heat up. Unfortunately, most of us don’t have the time. If you want to cut some corners without compromising on taste, take a menu cue from this video by Brothers Green Eats. In it, they give you a delicious menu including a pumpkin cheesecake, herbed turkey roulade, and casserole – all made in just an hour.

Brothers Green Eats prepared this dinner specifically for Thanksgiving, but it works just as well for any occasion Down Under: who’s going to say no to delicious food cooked quickly?

The video is pretty much in real-time, so it’s a long watch, but feel free to skip around a bit if there’s something specific you’d like to make, or watch the whole thing if you’re interested in duplicating the whole process on the big day. After all, the less time you spend cooking, the more time you can spend with family (or at least relaxing.) Here’s their full menu:
