If you want some pickles as soon as possible, but you don’t want to go to the supermarket, you can make your own at home in about 30 seconds. All you need is cucumbers, your brine mix and a large syringe (with no point).
Pickling normally takes time because you’re waiting for the water in the cucumbers to be slowly replaced with vinegar spices during the brining process.
