iOS: Opinion is a super-simple audio recording app that’s aimed at podcasters, interviewers and anyone else who needs to record and edit audio. It’s easy to use and free, and while it has some limitations, it’s worth downloading if you need a simple audio editor.
When we say Opinion is simple, we mean it. It’s pretty much push-button recording, and you can stitch audio recordings together to make longer projects. The editing options are very basic; you can’t layer audio, for instance. However, if you just need to record audio and do some light editing, or want to produce your podcast on the go without lugging around a laptop, it’s great.
The app is free to download and use, but you’re limited to 10-minute recording projects unless you spend $4.99 on the in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited recording. Think of it as a way to see if the app has the features you need before spending money on it. Hit the link below to try it out.
