Breakfast tacos are just delicious, but they can be a little messy, as the ingredients often fall out of the taco and onto your plate. To keep this from happening, try cooking your ingredients into a mini omelette.
This tip comes courtesy of my mum, who made breakfast tacos this way during a recent visit. She sautéed all of her ingredients, added them to an egg mixture and, essentially, cooked an omelette. This way, she says, the eggs don’t fall out as easily. From there, all you have to do is slide it onto the tortilla for a mess-free meal.
Just as delicious as scrambled egg tacos, but everything stays intact.
