Clear For iOS Adds iPad Support

Clear For iOS Adds iPad Support

iOS: In a somewhat confusing move, Clear, one of the simplest and easiest to use to-do apps, has updated the older iPhone-only version of its app with iPad support. This means the previous version that included iPad support is leaving the store.

Up until now, there were two versions of Clear: the old one that has been in the store since the beginning was iPhone-only, and a newer one, called Clear+ that also included iPad support. Now, Clear+ is gone, and Clear will be the only app.

It’s a little confusing, but the good news is that now there will be only one version of Clear in the store getting updates. Likewise, the developer will make Clear free for a 24 hour period so Clear+ users can migrate their data over. Just head to the Realmac link below to sign up for an email letting you know when the app becomes free. Clear+ users will just need to download the original Clear app and they’ll see an option to migrate their data into it.
