Android: We love our widgets, but Google has yet to provide one for its messaging centrepiece app, Hangouts. Fortunately, a third-party app is on the case.
Hangouts Widgets does exactly what it’s name implies and nothing more. It provides a widget that will show you any new messages, as well as provide links to your recent conversations. Dead simple and free, what more could you ask for?
