Smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers increasingly overlap in functionality, while also maintaining distinct advantages. Which one do you use the most?

We don’t expect anyone functions solely on one of these devices, but it’s usually clear that one dominates. Which one is it for you?

I use a Laptop on par with my three other Desktop PC’s. Its easier to use with a mouse that has wheel and at least two buttons, speeds up work immensely. I run multiple programs on one pc and switch between them when they finish. Also helpful if I can see the progress in one of the other windows. Can’t do that with tablet and sometimes laptop is not fast enough and when you try to get more juice it can’t cool down fast enough. Did I mention all desktops quad core. Speed is essential as I don’t wanna be stuck with one task forever. Video edits and renders have needs, not to mention photoshop.
I think a better question might be “What do you use these devices for?”. I work on desktop PC all day, plus I game on my PC at home a bit. However, for most of my websurfing and Social networking, I do that almost exclusively on my Smartphone. For digesting media, nothing beats my tablet which I stream to from my NAS.
It all depends on the time of the year for me. At the moment, being out of uni and being stuck head first into fixing a community organisation that has had some major issues this year I mostly use my desktop followed very closely by my smartphone. During semester I hardly touch my desktop in favour of my laptop because it has all my uni things on it, and I don’t use my smart phone much either because I usually have my laptop on me and it is often more suitable.
