The Lifehacker Awards for 2013 continue! Who will win the prize for best social network?

Readers’ Choice: Facebook
We might whine about its well-buried privacy options and the frequent changes to the way we see updates, but Facebook’s dominance of the social networking space still gave it an easy win in this category, capturing close to 40 per cent of the vote. A distant second place went to Google+, with Twitter close behind.
Editor’s Pick: Twitter
Twitter scores my vote here for a simple reason: it’s the service I find the most useful. No-one says you have to survive with a single social network, but if I did, this is the one I would pick.
Thanks everyone for voting! Keep checking back throughout the week for more winners.

Feels like this has been the year of LinkedIn, I don’t have a profile but everyone else seems to have one.
Agree. Best emerging new talent.
