The LifeProof Nuud case for iPad is certified to withstand water, snow, dirt and even military drops — but can it survive the attentions of two children who hate to share?
The LifeProof Nuud is a ruggedised case for Apple’s iPad tablets. It’s waterproof up to a depth of two metres, dirt and snow proof and can withstand serious physical punishment. LifeProof cases are designed to survive everything from off road driving to skiing, hiking and swimming – the insanity of kids’ bath time isn’t mentioned though.
To really put the LifeProof to the test, I handed it over to my two daughters during their bath and documented the mayhem that ensued. Check out the video below to see how the case held up.
As you can see, the cover did a sterling job of surviving in war zone like conditions. If you lead an active/adventurous lifestyle (or have psychotic offspring) the LifeProof range comes highly recommended.
The LifeProof Nuud for iPad retails in Australia for $149.95 and comes in a choice of black or white. For more information, pay a visit to the LifeProof website.

I thought it was a bit brave posting a video of your kids in the bath. Apparently, so did youtube.
Yeah I had a discussion with my boss about it.. Bit of an interesting topic, given that it’s clearly not in any way wrong, but clearly something people are very sensitive about. Quite complicated indeed, though to me just looked like a lot of fun for them haha ^_^
On an unrelated note, I love the Lifehacker video transition – extremely well made whoever did that 🙂
Death metal + little kids bathing with an iPad = surprisingly funny
18th birthday embarrassment, check.
While I think its a cute video and the intention is nothing malicious towards children at all, I can understand youtubes position on this. Naked children in a bathtub obviously isn’t something they want to really condone. Though Im sure there’s probably a thousand videos on there hypocritically breaching this topic already…
The whole thing of childporn on the internet is bad enough, but images of children that can be used by such sick minded people that can be gained from innocent areas like this, is sickeningly high believe it or not. As I said, videos like this are NOT made with this sort of thing in mind, but unfortunately can be used by sick minded perverts, thus they enact such strict blanket bans. Well, thats one of the reasons anyhow. Just common sense really.
