Android and iOS: When Google Drive released its first mobile apps, they barely did anything at all. Document editing came soon after, and now you can edit spreadsheets as well.
As with the web version, you can see others editing the same spreadsheet in real time. This update also adds better text formatting. You can download it for Android or iOS right now.
