DIY Jack Stand Holder Frees Your Garage Floor

If you work on your own car, you may have jack stands and a floor jack for raising your vehicle. Get them off your garage floor when you’re not using them by building a simple wall-mounted holder using plywood and two PVC fittings.

Family Handyman shares a simple design for an organiser that holds four or more jack stands by building a lipped shelf from plywood. Adding j-hooks to the bottom to hold your floor jack and attaching a PVC coupler and cap to the wall next to your organiser will hold your floor jack handle.
