Make PAC-MAN Ghost Lights From Bottles

What’s better than a DIY lighting hack? A DIY lighting hack involving PAC-MAN that you can make easily with IKEA parts.

At IKEA Hackers, Daniel combines the $59 Magnesium spotlight from IKEA with some repainted drink bottle bases to make some impressive replicas of Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde. The focus is on the ghosts, so any similar spotlight system would probably work.

As Daniel points out, the trickiest aspect is finding bottles that will work — water bottles that don’t have a black plastic base presumably give you more scope. I am so tempted to make one of these.
