Turn A Pallet Into A Rainy Day Shoe Rack

Muddy shoes don’t have to sit in a pile by the front door. You can make a quick shoe rack out of nothing but a shipping pallet.Just leaning the pallet against a wall is enough to get the the job done, but there are plenty of ways you can make it more permanent. You can start by sanding and staining (or even painting) the pallet, and possibly reinforcing it a bit with a few extra screws or nails if it’s a bit on the creaky side.

Once it looks like the pallet-turned-shoe-rack you’ve always wanted, you can consider mounting it to a wall or upright on a deck.
