What’s Capable Of Making You An Asshole?

It’s inevitable: somewhere, at some point in time, we all transform into an asshole. This can be problematic anywhere, but it can get you fired at work. What’s pushed you over the line and how did you handle it?

I recently read a book called The No Asshole Rule by Robbert Sutton, which details how you deal with people in your workplace who can really only be termed “assholes”, but, as the book notes, we can all become one of those people from time to time. There’s always something that sets us off, trips our wire of injustice, and throws us into a rage. What does it for you, and how have you either calmed yourself down or dealt with the aftermath?
