Netflix On iPad Now Supports Picture-In-Picture

iPad: Picture-in-picture mode was added to the iPad way back in September 2015, but the multitasking features required software-specific support. It’s finally now available in the biggest streaming video app, Netflix.

The picture-in-picture mode for Netflix works exactly like it does in any other app: Start watching a video, then tap the home button to shrink it down. This only works on iPads that support it — iPad Pros, iPad Airs and the iPad Mini 2 and later.
