Get Recruiters’ Attention With Targeted Facebook Ads

A little creativity can help get the attention of potential employers. Technical marketer Jeremy Rieunier explains how he “hacked” the job hunt using Facebook ads.

Using LinkedIn, he stalked the names of hiring managers of companies he was interested in joining and collected their Facebook emails using Facebook Open Graph. Then he created Facebook ads that would draw their attention (using the companies’ logos) and bid high on Facebook for those ads to be shown to his target audience.

It does take money to do this, but it helped Rieunier catch recruiters’ attention and might be worth the investment for you if you want to stand out in your job search. Links to how to do this yourself are in the post below.
