Track Down Songs You’ve Used Siri To Shazam In iTunes

One of the handier new abilities of Siri is to ask it to identify songs using Shazam. That said, if you don’t make a note of that song at the time, you’ll probably forget it again in the future. Cult of Mac points out that you can check your Shazam history in iTunes.

You can get Siri to identify a song by asking “What song is playing?” and then if you want, you can purchase the song right from that screen. If you don’t want to do that, you can check out the history later on:

  1. Open up the iTunes Store on your iOS device
  2. Tap the menu button in the upper right
  3. Tap Siri to get the full list

That’s it — you can check out your history so you can remember that weird track you overheard in a bar that you meant to listen to later.
