Make A Wine Glass-Drying Rack Out Of Chopsticks

It’s very easy for dishes to pile up and drying racks to get full. If you need to dry some wine (or other type) of glasses, but don’t have the space, just grab a few chopsticks.

The video below from America’s Test Kitchen show’s you how to set ’em up, but it’s almost too simple. You’ll need the kind of chopsticks with flat sides — the round ones will roll around — and you’ll need to space them out about 5cm apart. Set the glasses on top, and let the circulating air do its thing.

I know what you’re thinking: “Why can’t I just dry them with a dish towel real quick?” You could, but you only want to do that with microfiber towels; some towels can scratch delicate crystal, as can any dust that might be hanging out in the fibres. Air drying lets the glasses dry streak-free, without any scratches or streaks.
