Cupcakes are great for parties. Reduce waste and tweak the concept by baking them in ice cream cones.
Kid craft weblog Kiboomu shares the instructions: Prepare your cake batter as normal and add ¼ cup to ⅔ cup of batter into each cone. Place the cones in the muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or so.
After the cupcakes cool, add icing and whatever ice-cream toppings you like. This works great for kids’ parties and can liven up routine office birthdays.
