Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Promises Big Changes

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16215 for PC has hit the Windows Insiders Fast Ring today and it promises a bunch of changes including better tablet mode transitions, an updated Action Center, improvements to Edge, improvements to pen and keyboard input as well as new features for developers and gamers.

Microsoft has published a detailed article that goes through all of the new features and changes.

If you’re already a Windows Insider and on the Fast Ring for updates, you’ll see this new build appear on your PC. If you have a Microsoft account and admin access to your PC, it’s easy to join the Insider Program.

If you’re a developer or system admin, it’s a good idea to grab these builds and run them on test systems in an isolated environment so you can be prepared for their later release. Aside from the new UI features and enhancements, staying up to date is one of the best defences you can have against malware.

I’m installing it today. What about you? If you’ve installed it, what have you found? Do any new features really grab your attention? Or have you found an nasty bug?
