Get to know your customers, how big the pool is, ask questions, and never underestimate the value of communication, teamwork and the importance of surrounding yourself with good people.
What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?
How resilient people can be. Building a business is a tough gig and you will always have ups and down so when people within a team continue to “find a way” I marvel at and admire their dedication and values. A group of diverse but like-minded people can achieve almost anything.

Communication. We have so many opportunities to help us keep in touch.
What’s your sleep routine like?
I need to make it better.
What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?
Being active breeds productivity, so know your customer, talk to your customers and build relationships. Dream big and keep yourself accountable.
