NetDocuments integrated with Office 365 and Salesforce CRM.
What social network do you find the most useful?
LinkedIn for business.
What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?
You can’t do it alone. Although I have had to learn to be incredibly self-sufficient you have to earn the respect of your colleagues and partners to help you along the way. You have to accept that you will make mistakes but you will learn from them.
What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?
Witnessing the adoption of cloud and SaaS technologies by the legal industry within the Asia-Pacific region.
What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?
Shunning business buzz words.
What’s your sleep routine like?
I am an early to bed, early to rise person.
What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?
Be transparent in everything that you do. Don’t beat yourself up and accept constructive criticism.
