How many of the New Year’s resolutions that you made for 2015 did you actually stick with? I know my answer: not many, if any. That’s the case for most people and yet it is still worth making some promises to yourself to lead a better life in 2016. So what’s your New Year’s resolution?

Sticking with goals we’ve set for ourselves at the beginning of the year is difficult and we’ve provided tips on how to give your New Year’s resolutions the best chances of survival for 2016.
Sure, you may not be successful in staying on track and by the end of this year you may look back with a cynical eye and think why you even bothered setting those goals, but it’s nice to believe that you can change. It’s definitely a good time to reflect and evaluate your life as well.

To drink more, eat unhealthy and party hard. Maybe reverse psychology will work this year,
if not, at least I kept to my resolution.
To be more motivated, loose weight, read more books and build an R2-D2.
