Some people like motivational posters or family photos above their workspace. Not so for Bob Jouy, whose main workspace wall simply showcases the table flipping emoji.
It’s humorous, possibly serves as a reminder to chill out, and fits in perfectly with the black and white streamlined setup of the rest of the office. (By the way, I searched but could not find a place to buy this wall decal, although Etsy used to have it available.)
The desk looks DIYed, the three monitors are perfectly lined up under the table flip, and that chair sure looks comfy.

Those look like handmade square blocks and arranged to look like emoticon. Easily done with some DIY.
