Get your product right and your customer experience, and people will tell their friends about you.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

I like spreadsheets!

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

Cooking (well, not ANYONE else, but most!)

What’s your sleep routine like?

It sucks. I wake up lots, but mostly because the kids come in for snuggles, so I can live with that.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Back yourself, but be critical. Be confident, but not blindly so.
